Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Counsel for the B.S.A. states that in compliance of the order of this Court the
representation of the petitioner has been decided by the Director of Education
(Basic) vide order dated 22.6.2009.

In this view of the matter, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in this
contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open for
the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum.
