This writ petition is directed against the order dated 5/7.3.2010, Annexure 10
to the writ petition passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Siddharth
Nagar, respondent no.2.

A counter affidvit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 and in
paragraph 2 thereof it has been stated that she has withdrawn the order dated
7.3.2010 vide order dated 22nd May, 2010 and a copy thereof has been filed
as Annexure CAI.

In the circumstances, no cause of action further survives.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
