The petitioner has sought quashing of the

order dated 4.3.2010 passed by learned Judicial

Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in G.R. No. 2304/09,

T.R. No. 674/09.

Since the petitioner has sought quashing on

disputed questions of fact, I am not inclined to interfere

in the matter.

The application is dismissed.
