Hon'ble Sibghat Ullah Khan,J.

Learned Chief Standing Counsel states that if
two weeks further time is granted, then entire
payment would be made as was agreed upon
earlier between the parties, i.e. private landlord
and the State tenant. The Court places great
faith upon the assurance given by learned Chief
Standing Counsel, hence nothing further is
being said at this stage regarding non-
compliance for such a long time.
List again after two weeks whenever I sit at
Allahabad.

Office is directed to supply a copy of this order
free of cost to learned Chief Standing Counsel
within three days.
