                               JUDGMENT

Petitioner’s case is that his fishing boat was set to fire leading to

loss and he made insurance claim and the same was rejected. The

incident happened 20 years back and I do not think the insurance

company will be able to verify the records and process the claim. In

the circumstances no direction is called for. O.P. is accordingly

dismissed.
