concerning Panchayat Samsa-1, Village-Jamaldipur, P.O.

Mansoorchak, Begusarai as the petitioner is accused in Mansoorchak

P.S. Case No .04 of 2010 under sections

420,409,323,504,467,468,471/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in

the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

List this case after receipt of the report.

In the meantime, interim relief as granted to petitioner on

04.8.2010 shall remain continue.
