MR. SPEAKER: Hon. Members, now, I am coming to the important matters being raised. I have received several notices. I shall try to allow everyone. But my earnest request to all of you is to listen to each other. Let every hon. Member – who wishes to speak – speak as briefly as possible[R14] . So that, if necessary, any response is to be made, I will also give opportunity. But please do not interrupt each other.
