way of present application, learned advocate appearing for the
applicant seeks extension of time of temporary bail which was granted
by this Court vide order dated 14.6.2011.

Heard
learned advocate for both the sides and also considering the
submissions made by the learned advocates, I am of the view that the
application deserves to be allowed and is hereby partly allowed. The
time for surrender is hereby extended up to 2nd July,2011
on same terms and conditions. Direct service is permitted.
