MR. SPEAKER: The Minister may now move for leave to introduce the Finance Bill, 2002.
SHRI YASHWANT SINHA: I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to give effect to the financial proposals of the Central Government for the financial year 2002-2003.
MR. SPEAKER: The question is:
