This petition seeks quashing of order of the

Commissioner dated 25.10.1988, Annexure P-8, holding that the

land in dispute was vested in the Panchayat, respondent No.2.

The petition is pending since 1989. Inspite of

repeated calls, none appears for the petitioners.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

A copy of this order be sent to petitioner No.1 and

respondent No.2.
