                           JUDGMENT

Pius C.Kuriakose, J.

We do not find any ground to admit this appeal. The case

pertains to acquisition of land in Venganoor village for the

purpose of widening of road from Kovalam to Mukkalam Reach 1.

The land acquisition officer awarded land value at the rate of

Rs.26407/-, which was enhanced by the reference court on the

basis of the evidence, to Rs.42,000/-. It is brought to our notice

that this court in L.A.A.No.438/2009 approved similar

enhancement for identical properties.

This appeal will stand dismissed in view of the judgment in

L.A.A. No.438/2009.
