ORDER IN CIVIL WRIT JURISDICTION CASE:

Learned Advocate Mr. Yogendra Mishra appears for

the writ petitioner and states that the grievance of the writ

petitioner is redressed. He, therefore, seeks leave to

withdraw this writ petition.

Learned Advocate General Mr. P.K. Shahi appears

for the State, and learned Advocate Mr. Rajesh Prasad

Choudhary appears for respondent no.5. Mr. Shahi submits

that the petitioner may withdraw the petition at his own risk

and peril. Mr. Choudhary has no objection to the same.

Leave is granted. The petition is disposed of as

withdrawn.
