Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing
Counsel.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the marks awarded to him in the
selection of Police Constables. Admittedly, petitioner being a OBC
Category candidate has got lesser marks than the minimum cut of
marks fixed for the selection of the OBC Category candidates,
therefore, no relief can be granted to him. A liberty is given to the
petitioner to approach the relevant Authority.

The writ petition is devoid of merits and is hereby dismissed.

No order as to costs.
