Shri
Abhiraj Trivedi, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of applicant
seeks permission to withdraw present Civil Revision Application as,
as per his instruction, parties have settled the dispute amicably.
Learned Advocate Mr. Trivedi has also stated at bar that even the
possession of the disputed property is also handed over to the
landlord.

Accordingly,
permission as prayed for is granted. Present Civil Revision
