Sri Sunil Srivastava holding brief of Sri K.C.Sinha learned counsel for the
respondent prays for further time for filing counter affidavit as on 26.11.2008,
the respondents were granted one month and no more time to file counter
affidavit. The time sought for filing counter affidavit is allowed on payment
of Rs.4000/- as costs payable to the landlord. The rejoinder affidavit, if any,
may be filed one week thereafter.
