                               JUDGMENT

Petitioners are the students of 1st year MBBS in Amala

Institute of Medical Sciences. By Ext.P2 applications, they have

sought both revaluation and scrutiny. In W.P.C.No.2871/08,

petitioner has sought for revaluation and scrutiny of Anatomy

paper I and II, and the petitioner in WPC No.2965/08 has sought

for revaluation and scrutiny of physiology paper I and II. Despite

having made these applications before the university, the

scrutiny and revaluation have not been completed till now and

there writ petitions are filed complaining of the delay in the

matter.

After hearing the submissions made by both sides, I dispose

of this writ petition directing that the respondent shall initiate

and complete the process of scrutiny and revaluation applied for

by the petitioners. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible

and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of

production of a copy of this judgment.
