the complainant namely Babuna Sah as respondent no. 11 in this

case.

Issue notice to respondent nos. 9 to 11. Notices will

go both by ordinary process and registered cover, requisites etc.

for which under both process must be filed within a period of ten

days failing which this application shall stand dismissed without

further reference to a Bench.

Counsel for the State is required to file a counter

affidavit in this case within a period of four weeks.

List this case after two months or on appearance of

respondent nos. 9 to 11, whichever is earlier.
