followed during the selection procedure.

1. The merit list of Spl. Gr. II (Jr. Scale) is enclosed.
2. There is no separate allocation of marks with regards to experience of the candidate as per
selection criteria the candidates are interviewed by the duty constituted selection Board as per
the regulations by the duty constituted selection Board as per the recruitment regulation.

1. The names /Roll no. of the selected candidates only are mentioned in the
result that is declared by the examination cell.
2. As regards to selection criteria the information cannot be disclosed u/s 8 (1) (E) & (J) OF RTI
Act.

The PIO has provided the information but is now directed to provide the following additional
information:
1 The marks of all the candidates who appeared for the interview during the period
29 June 2009 to 04 July 2009.
2- Selection criteria.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to give the information as described above to the appellant
before 30 July 2010.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI
Act.
