This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 7.1.2010
passed on the bail application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 7.1.2010 is corrected as
follows:

“In the last paragraph of the order dated 7.1.2010, ‘Case Crime No.
1255 of 2009’ shall be read as ‘Case Crime No. 1265 of 2009’ and
Section ‘393’ IPC as Section ‘392’ IPC.
