                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioners retired from service of the Kerala State Road

Transport Corporation. Their grievance is that although their

retirement benefits are liable to be disbursed only in accordance

with the priority of retirement, they are entitled to payment of

their provident fund amounts and staff welfare fund amounts.

The petitioners therefore seek a direction to the respondents to

pay to the petitioners the said amounts expeditiously.

The learned standing counsel appearing for the KSRTC

submits that the amounts would be paid within two months. This

is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
