Today,
learned advocate Mr.Malkan appearing for petitioner has placed on
record additional affidavit. Copy thereof is supplied to learned
advocate Mr.M.K.Purohit as well as learned AGP Mr.Sharma. Same is
taken on record.

However,
learned advocate Mr.M.K.Purohit as well as learned AGP Mr.Sharma
submitted that they are appearing as advance copy served to them.

Therefore,
issue notice to respondents returnable on 11.10.2010. Direct service
is permitted.

It will be
open for learned advocate for petitioner to effect direct service by
RPAD to respondent No.1 in addition to any other mode of service.
