02. 23.06.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

state.

There is case and counter-case for the occurrence

of the same day. Alleged injury said grievous in nature on

head is caused by brick. Theft is said ornamental and

petitioners remained in custody since 23.3.2011.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Subhash Chand, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in

connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P. S. Case No.25 of 2011.
