11. 29.09.2011 Supplementary show cause has been filed
in the light of the order of the High Court dated 7,
15.09.2011 stating that the following officers,
namely, District Malaria /Filaria Officer, Principal
/Superintendent, S.K.M.C.H., Superintending
Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle, Superintending
Engineer, Rural Work Dept., Circle-2, Executive
Engineer, Drainage Division, Executive Engineer,
Building Division, Factory Inspector, Principal, I.T.I.,
District Statistical Officer, District Tuberculosis
Officer, District Animal Husbandry Officer all of
district Muzaffarpur have not sent the vacancy
position of their respective offices for roster clearance
by the Collector, Muzaffarpur and Commissioner,
Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, ignoring the directions
of the State Government contained in circular letter
no.16441 dated 3.12.1980, paragraphs-6, 9 on the
ground that Class-IV post in their offices is State
cadre post and the appointment has to be made by the

Headquarter.
Let the aforesaid officers peruse the
circular letter dated 3.12.1980, paragraphs-6, 9 and in
compliance thereof furnish the vacancy position for
roster clearance by the Collector, Muzaffarpur and
Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, as the
case may be on or before 12.10.2011.
Put up on 13.10.2011 maintaining its
position in the same list.
