Sri K.R. Singh, learned Standing Counsel has filed separate affidavits on their
behalf placing on record the efforts made by the opposite party to arrest the
co-accused in the case. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is
allowed two weeks’ time to file reply to the affidavits filed today.

List on 16.8.2010. On the said date both the opposite parties shall again
remain present.
