Regard being had to the reasons assigned by the court in

earlier rejection order passed on 4.3.2011, I am not inclined to allow

the present I.A. It is dismissed.

However, if the appeal is not heard within a further period

of six months, the appellant shall be free to renew his prayer for bail.
