                              JUDGMENT

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

subsequent to the filing of the Contempt of Court Case, the Water

Authority has issued a provisional pension payment order as POP

No.6684 and what remains is the regularisation. Therefore, the

Contempt of Court Case is closed without prejudice to the right of

the petitioner to move again, if required.
