Sitapur now Commandant, 32 Battalion, Lucknow is present. He has filed
detailed counter affidavit which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be granted a week’s time
to file rejoinder. Time prayed for is granted.
Sri Amitabh Yash need not appear before this Court unless specifically
directed to do so.
Ram Kumar Shukla alias Sanjay Shukla who has been brought from District
Jail, Sitapur shall be taken back and confined in district jail, Sitapur.
