Mr. M.C. Berry, Addl. A.G. Punjab appearing on behalf of the
respondents has placed on record an order dated 13.10.2009 whereby the
petitioner has been offered appointment as Lecturer in Punjabi.
In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to proceed further in this
petition.
It is needless to say that if the petitioner appears before the
concerned District Education Officer, he shall be allowed to join.
