                                    ORDER

This is a petition filed under under Section 482 Cr.P.C

seeking to have Annexure A1 complaint quashed.

2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.42/2008 of

Kollam West Police Station for having committed offences

punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.

3. In the light of the order that is proposed, it is

unnecessary to go into the details of the case. Private complaint

was sent for investigation under Section 456(3) Cr.P.C. Police

registered a case after investigation. A refer report was filed. It is

submitted that the defacto-complainant had filed a protest

complaint. Petitioner says that this petition would be closed with

liberty to challenge protest complaint. Reserving the right of the

petitioner to challenge the protest complaint, this petition is

closed.
