ORDER

This
Court has passed an order on 12/3/2008 with a direction to
respondent to remain personally present while giving one chance for
compliance of the order passed by this Court on 5/10/2007 on or
before 28/3/2008.

The
order is not complied. Therefore, District Primary Education
Officer, Mr. Vanakar is personally remained present before this
Court. He submitted that he is awaiting for reply from Government,
because it was policy matter. Therefore, he requests for some time.

Accordingly,
matter is adjourned on 15/4/2008. The District Primary Education
Officer Mr. Vanakar shall remain personally present before this
Court on 15/4/2008 without fail.
