Similarly situated persons have been

granted bail by orders as contained in

Annexure-2 series considering which, let the

petitioner namely, Ranjan Yadav, be released

on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction

of Additional District Judge-III, Gopalganj

in connection with Session Trial No. 87 of

2010 arising out of Gopalganj P.S. Case No.

248 of 2009.
