ORDER

Leave
to amend to amend the cause title so as to correct the address of
respondents nos.3,4 and 6.

Rule.

Mr. Menday, learned A.P.P. waives service of rule on behalf of the
respondent.

The
applicants have preferred this application seeking modification of
the condition no.5(f) stipulated in the order dated 11-10-2007
passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application no.11891 of 2007
to the effect that the applicants nos.1, 3, 4,5 and 6 may now be
permitted to mark presence at Dhanera Police Station while the
applicant no.2 be permitted to mark presence at Palanpur Taluka
Police Station. According to the applicants, they are experiencing a
lot of inconvenience in reporting to a distant place regularly, and
therefore, they may be permitted to mark presence as stated above.
This Court is convinced that the request is reasonable.

Accordingly,
the application is allowed and the aforesaid order dated 11-10-2007
shall stand modified to the extent that condition no.5 (f) of the
order shall read as follows:

?S5(f)
the applicants nos.1,3,4,5 and 6 will mark presence before
Dhanera Police Station while the applicant no.2 will mark
presence before Palanpur Taluka Police Station once in a month
i.e. on any day between 1st and 7th day of
every month, any time between 11.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till the
commencement of the trial.

The
rest of the order shall remain intact.

Rule
is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only.
