Heard Shri Prakash Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri
D.D.Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.

The present writ petition is directed against an interlocutory order, passed in
the partition suit. The Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this
stage. However, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that Suit No.
98/09-10/86/05-06 be heard and disposed finally preferably within a period
of one year from the date of production of certified coy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
