Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a
proclaimed offender and is ready and willing to appear before the trial court
as non bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner only to
procure his presence. The offence, which is alleged to have been committed
by the petitioner is under the Prevention of Defacement of Property
Ordinance Act, 1997.
The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within a
period of three days from today and the court would release him on bail on
submitting security bonds to its satisfaction.
The petitioner stands disposed of in above terms.
