The present writ petition has been filed for the following
reliefs;

For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction
commanding upon the Respondents to forthwith fix and pay full
and final pension on the basis of the date of superannuation of the
petitioner i.e. 31.12.1996 and a direction upon the Respondents to
forthwith pay the amount of gratuity to be calculated on the basis
of the date of retirement on 31.12.1996.

For a further direction upon the respondents to forthwith
pay the amount of General Provident fund and other retiral benefits
to the petitioner along with penal interest at the rate of 12% per
annum and quash the order dated 27.7.2001 passed by
Respondent No. 2.

For a direction upon the respondents to forthwith release the
arrears of salary due for the period from 01.07.1979 to 06.07.1985.

The Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the
representation to be filed along with the copy of the order by the
petitioner in accordance with law with regard to arrears within a
period of three months from the date of receipt of the
representation. He is also directed to pass a speaking order and
communicate the same to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case
this writ petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to
costs.
