3 16.09.2010 These four cases were also listed on 13.09.2010 before this

Court alongwith CWJC No 1589 of 2010 and analogous cases. By

mistake, the order, as passed in CWJC No 1589 of 2010 which had also to

govern these cases, could not be recorded in these cases.

As such, it is ordered that the order, as passed in CWJC No

1589 of 2010 on 13.09.2010, would also be the order passed in these

cases. So let it be recorded.
