Mr. Sudeep Seth, learned Advocate put in appearance on
behalf of opposite party no. 1 and files short counter affidavit
on his behalf, whereby it is submitted that the order passed by
the writ court has been complied with as the decision has
been taken on the petitioner’s case on 27.4.2010(Annexure
No. 1 to the short counter affidavit). Therefore, there is no
disobedience of the order on his part. Considered the
aforesaid submission I hereby discharge the notice issued to
opposite party no. 1.
Mr. R.S.Pandey, learned Advocate put in appearance on
behalf of opposite parties 2 and 3 by filing Vakalatnama, the
same is taken on record he seeks a week’s time to file counter
affidavit.
