                           J U D G M E N T

This writ petition was admitted on 7-11-2005. Notice to the 3rd

respondent remains unserved. The matter was posted before the

Registrar (Judicial) on 8-3-2010 for defect. There was no

representation before the Registrar (Judicial) on that day. It is

consequent thereto that this writ petition is coming up in the defect’s

list today.

There is no appearance for the petitioner. The petitioner is also

not present. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
