It is stated that the Reference under Section 48(3) of U.P.C.H. Act is
pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh. In case, such
reference is still pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation,
Azamgarh, he is directed to decide the same in accordance with the provisions
of law after hearing the parties likely to be affected by his order expeditiously,
preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of
certified copy of this order before him.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed
of.
