Heard learned counsel for the applicants and perused the record.
None has appeared to oppose this correction application. It appears that
inadvertently in the order dated 7.7.2010 the interim order has not been
extended. The correction application is allowed. The order dated 7.7.2010 is
corrected accordingly and shall now be read as under:-
” Counsel for the appellants states that he has received counter affidavit in
the court today.
He prays for and is granted three weeks time for filing rejoinder affidavit.
Counter affidavit may be filed by the respondents in the Registry within
two days.
List thereafter. Interim order is extended till next date of listing.”
