                          J U D G M E N T

None appears for the petitioner. There was also no

representation when the case was called on for hearing today. Sri.

P.N.Santhosh, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the

respondent submits that the respondent has passed orders on

12.10.2009 within the time limit stipulated by this Court and has

granted interim custody to the petitioner on the terms and conditions

stipulated in the said order. In the light of the said submission, I am

of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this Contempt

Case. It is accordingly closed.
