In the present case the First Information Report in Case Crime
No.279 of 2010 under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 120 B, 34
I.P.C. Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffarnagar has been
lodged. Petitioner submits that the role which has been assigned
against him is that of conspiracy, in such situation request claimed
in the writ petition be accorded.

Once serious offence of murder has taken place and complicity of
petitioner has been clearly mentioned in the report, in such
situation, there is no occasion for this Court to interfere with the
same.

Consequently, writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
