to why contempt proceeding be not initiated against him for non-

compliance of the order dated 12.05.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.

8606 of 2011, for which requisites etc. must be filed within ten

days , failing which this contempt petition shall stand rejected

without further reference to a Bench.
