                       JUDGMENT

Petitioner, who claims to be the senior most peon

working in the Government Homeo Dispensary at Ayilam,

had made a request to the Directorate of Homeopathy for

a posting near her residence. Apparently request was not

considered and fifth respondent had been given a posting

in the place of choice indicated by the petitioner.

Petitioner has brought her grievance to the notice of the

first respondent vide Ext.P4.

2. After hearing the learned Government Pleader also, I

dispose of this writ petition directing the first respondent

to look into Ext.P4 and take a decision thereon within one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,

after hearing the petitioner and any other affected

persons.
