Learned
counsel, Mr. V.G.Goswami appears for the petitioner and replaces Mr.
Anand L. Sharma. Therefore, his name shall be shown as appearing for
the petitioner. It appears from the record that another Special Civil
Application No. 3801 of 2000 has been heard with the present petition
and common orders are made till July,2001. Therefore, office is
requested to find out whether that Special Civil Application No.
3801 of 2000 is still pending. If it is pending, it shall be listed
with the present petition and, if it is disposed, the final order
made therein shall be placed on record of this petition. If any other
connected matters are also pending, as indicated in the order dated
20.09.2000 herein, those matters shall also be listed with the
present petition. A copy of the status obtained from the High Court
in respect of the present petition is submitted by learned counsel
Mr. R.R.Shah, appearing with Mr. Pardiwala; and
it is taken on record for convenience of the office. S.O. to
