Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the
Prosecution.
Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections
341/323/448/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code , in connection with Koderma (SC-
ST) P.S. Case no.11/2011, corresponding to G.R. No.376 of 2011.
There is allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted and misbehaved
with the informant taking the name of his caste.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the
petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Nandlal Mahto @ Nandlal Yadav is
directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Koderma (SC-ST) P.S.
Case no.11/2011, corresponding to G.R. No.376 of 2011.
