ORAL
ORDER

In
view of the order of even date passed in C.A. No.10773 of 2010
codoning the delay caused in preferring Appeals, these appeals are
taken up for hearing.

These
appeals are directed against the judgment and decree dated 15/06/2009
passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court
No.2, Bharuch in Land Acquisition Reference No.1863 to 1881 of 1997.

It
has been the consistent practice of this High Court not to enter into
the merits of those appeals wherein the claim in appeal is small, and
claims upto Rs.1,00,000/- have been quantified by this Court as petty
claims. Since the amount involved in these appeals are less than
Rs.1,00,000/-, these appeal are dismissed without entering into the
merits of the matter. This order will not be treated as a precedent.

In
view of the dismissal of the main appeals, Civil Applications for
stay would not survive and are accordingly disposed of.

S JHAVERI, J.)
