Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he could not deposit
the cost of Rs.5,000/- as required by the order dated 22nd
December, 2009. He prays that some more time may be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted two further weeks to
make the deposit and in case such deposit is made, learned
Standing Counsel shall produce the answer book of Mathematics
Paper-I on 8th February, 2010.
