4 17.09.2010 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the

State.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite

parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party-

State submits that the order of the Court dated 20th May, 2009

passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6383 of 2009 directing the respondent

no.2, who was the District Magistrate, Kaimur to dispose of

the representation of the petitioner has been complied with as

the representation of the petitioner was considered and the

same was disposed of by a reasoned order as per the memo no.

490 dated 19.06.2010 with a copy to the petitioner vide

Annexure-C to the show cause.

Considering the above, since the order of the Court

has been complied with this contempt application need not

proceed further and the same accordingly stands disposed of.
