There is nothing on record to establish as on what basis the enrolment fees of
70 students was deposited by the petitioner on 23.3.2010 when the institution
itself was granted permission to start teaching in classes 9th and 10 th on
23.3.2010 itself. It appears that the money was deposited without the students
actually being admitted in the institution only for the purpose of establishing
that the enrolment form could not be submitted within the cut of date as the
same were not supplied by the office of the District Inspector of Schools.
Let an affidavit be filed disclosing all such documents, as may be advised for
establishing the actual date of admission of the students qua whom the
enrolment fee has been deposited on 23.3.2010.
Put up day after tomorrow i.e. 12.8.2010.
